RETURN POLICY FOR FULL PRICE ITEMS:
- Items must be returned in resalable condition with tags attached. Items that are received in a non sellable/damaged condition are unable to be returned/refunded. They will be donated.
- Your return must be shipped back and received in our warehouse within 7 days from the day your order was delivered. Return orders that arrive in our warehouse after 7 days (until 10 days) will receive store credit only. (This policy does NOT apply to local orders. See local orders/pickup policy.)
- Please include the packing slip with your return. If you don't have, make sure to write your order number on a note, and include it in the package.
- Download and print a Return Label from our Return Portal, $8.95 will be deducted from your refund.
- Once an order is picked up by a mail carrier, we are NOT liable for any lost packages.
- There's a $3 restock fee PER ITEM that is returned.
ALL SALE ITEMS (MARK DOWNS OR PURCHASED WITH DISCOUNT CODE, AT ANY PERCENTAGE) MAY NOT BE RETURNED!
LOCAL ORDERS/PICKUP POLICY
- Pickups must be picked up within 2 days.
- Local returns must be dropped off one day after the order is picked up/delivered to qualify for a refund.
- We are not liable for any pick up orders left in our store. After 30 days, all orders still waiting to be picked up will be donate to a local charity.

EXCHANGES
- We are unable to exchange online orders. Simply place a new order for the desired size, and ship back the other within 7 days of receiving the item.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
- An order may be cancelled within one hour of being placed.
- An order cancelled after an hour of it being placed will be subject to a $3 restock fee PER AN ITEM!
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- BELLA KIDS will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
